2026 Trip Dates
Sign up information:
One day trip sign ups will be 100% virtual for the 2026 ski year. Just send an email to GEOINTSkiClub@nga.mil or the Trip Captain. Someone on the council will get back with you to help get you signed-up. Trip Captains will be able to tell you how much you owe based on your needs.
Electronic payment is preferred and the electronic payment methods are: PayPal (select Friends and Family), Venmo and Zelle. The GEOINT Ski Club account can be found using the geointskiclubcouncil@gmail.com email address for all three methods.

The bus for the one day trips is $5 for NGA employees, NGA contractors, immediate family, and NGA retirees. There will be a $25 charge for friends, extended family members, and other guests.
Payment for the bus is due at sign-up plus any lift tickets, rentals, lessons, and food vouchers. Those who do not pay at sign up are placed on a wait list until payment is received.
One day trips are subject to last minute changes depending on weather conditions.

Banff, Canada Jan 31 - Feb 7, 2026

Cost: $2410 per person double occupancy, single $2990
Includes: 7 nights lodging at Banff Aspen Lodge, 5 days of lifts, Breakfast daily, Welcome and Après ski parties, and a Farewell dinner, air transportation from DCA, transfers to/ from Banff, all taxes and services of SkiCan staff. Room availability is limited at this price.
Deduction for no air is $710. Deduction for Ikon pass holders or non-skiers is $475. Deduction for over 65+ lifts $130. Add on’s for ski rental, sixth day ski lift ticket, Fairmont hotel post trip contact Linda.

Pay by Feb 7, 2025 Lifts – Buy the Epic pass online prior to Nov. 30. Lift tickets purchased in the group of 22 that includes Seven Springs are good for all Vail Resorts in that group, including Liberty, Whitetail, and Roundtop.

Chamonix, France

Cost: $1985 double occupancy + Air Separate (Approx $1000)/ (price may vary based on departure airport). Lift tickets are paid separately and Chamonix is on the Ikon pass.
